MicroTRAK Inc. Announces First Quarter Financial Results; Company's Available Capital and Credit Lines Reach All-Time High.

MicroTRAK, Inc. (the "Company") filed its results with Pink Sheet.com accompanied by a Reviewed Report from accountants. For the first quarter ended March 31, 2006, the Company reported sales revenue of $483,622 representing an increase of 28 percent or $106,502 compared to revenues reported in the first quarter of the prior fiscal year. The net loss per share of $.0066 was the same as the prior quarter.

Sales revenue and earnings have exceeded earlier projections while expenses increased due to additional staffing and continuing product development. The number of current MicroTRAK subscribers who have purchased anti-theft devices has increased over 500 percent from last year. The balance sheet reflects continued working capital improvement with the additional capital from the private placement of common stock. "We are very happy with our first quarter results and there is no reason for us to expect that this trend won't continue," said Walter Stock, chief financial officer for MicroTRAK. "Our products and services have clearly found a niche in the asset protection and location service industry and we have the financial resources to continue to grow our business."
