MicroHoldings US, Inc. Signs Nonbinding Agreement to Acquire Global Vision Telecom; Announces Strategy to Diversify Holdings.

SAN DIEGO -- MicroHoldings US, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MHUS) today announced that it has signed a non-binding agreement to acquire Global Vision Telecom, Inc., a privately held company that provides international calling services and network management systems. The final agreement will be a stock for stock exchange between the companies and is pending due diligence. MHUS also controls the international rights to the MicroCars assembly system.
