:RHB), has announced that Carley Edward (Mickey) Bilbrey III has joined the firm effective January 3, 2005. Mr. Bilbrey has over 30 years experience in healthcare administration, clinical development, managed care physician relations and marketing, primarily with the University of Tennessee The University of Tennessee (UT), sometimes called the University of Tennessee at Knoxville (UT Knoxville or UTK), is the flagship institution of the statewide land-grant University of Tennessee public university system in the American state of Tennessee.  (UT) Medical Center, where he most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer.
