CPE - Customer Premises Equipment
, FACPE, is medical director and VPMA for Clear Choice Health Plans located in Bend, Ore. Clear Choice is a provider-sponsored organization with multiple health plans serving 35,000 + enrollees in central and eastern Oregon. Patmas reports to the CEO and president and works with the shareholder physicians and hospitals to develop and implement disease management programs and with the executive team to develop and implement its strategic plan. Previously, Patmas was medical director of the Providence Ambulatory Care and Education center for Providence Health System, which is also in Oregon. Patmas earned his MMM from the University of Southern California The U.S. News & World Report ranked USC 27th among all universities in the United States in its 2008 ranking of "America's Best Colleges", also designating it as one of the "most selective universities" for admitting 8,634 of the almost 34,000 who applied for freshman admission  in 2002.
