Dolhancryk's most recent experience includes information system selection and implementation, command center operation, policy and procedure development, tactical implementation of information and command and control systems and integrating multiple communication centers into combined entities. His military and line public safety experience qualifies Dolhancryk for emergency management, emergency response and search and rescue duties, as well as providing and conducting training, exercises and drills. He also has years of fire department and EMS operations and civilian-military joint operations experience.
