Produced by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA(R)), the International CES is the world's largest consumer technology tradeshow and takes place January 5-8, 2006, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dell's address is slated for Thursday, January 5, at 2:30 p.m. at CES' Innovations Plus at the Sands, a new CES venue which highlights emerging technologies.

"Dell is a leader in meeting the technology needs of today's consumers and businesses, from notebook and desktop systems to home networking, digital imaging, video and mobile entertainment, along with the service and support that customers need in today's technology-driven world," said Gary Shapiro, CEA's president and CEO. "We are excited to welcome Michael back to CES to share his vision of the digital world."

He founded Dell in 1984 with the idea to build relationships directly with customers. Since that time, he has formed Dell into a trusted and diversified information technology supplier and partner, selling a comprehensive portfolio of products and services directly to customers worldwide. Dell is now recognized by Fortune magazine as America's most admired company and ranks number three globally.

Dell joins Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg and Kodak President and CEO Antonio M. Perez as confirmed 2006 Industry Insider speakers.
