MANASSAS, Va. -- Michael C. Daconta, Vice President for Enterprise Data Management at Oberon Associates, Inc., was selected by Federal Computer Week Magazine to the prestigious "Federal 100," a select group of the top 100 government, private sector and academia professionals that most influenced government in 2005.
