PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 2003

National environmental engineering firm Brown and Caldwell announced that infrastructure expert Michael Britch, P.E., has joined its Portland office. In his new role, Britch will develop relationships with municipal agencies with tunneling, pipeline or pump station needs.

With more than 12 years in the industry, Britch specializes in large-diameter pipelines, using both open-cut and tunneling methods, and he has led design tasks of several major projects for the City of Portland's Bureau of Environmental Services The various combinations of scientific, technical, and advisory activities (including modification processes, i.e., the influence of manmade and natural factors) required to acquire, produce, and supply information on the past, present, and future states of space, atmospheric, , including the West Side Combined Sewer A combined sewer is a type of sewer system which provides partially separated channels for sanitary sewage and stormwater runoff.
