Mexican Municipal Authorities Approve IPWG Waste Processing Project.

The Municipality expressed its interest in the project and, on that basis, requested commencement of a technical study in March 2006. The approval of the IPWG proposal, however, has been delayed by negotiations with the owners of the land proposed as the site of the waste to energy facility.

IPWG and IPW Group Mexico S.A. de C.V. expect to commence work within 120 days.
