Metrovest Equities, Inc.


Having located a purchaser capable of meeting the strict requirements established by the bank and seller, Metrovest Equities, Inc. arranged for the sale of a five-story multi-family property at 2802 Olinville Avenue in The Bronx Bronx, river, c.20 mi (30 km) long, issuing from Kensico Reservoir, SE N.Y., and flowing SW through the Bronx into the East River. The Bronx River Parkway, one of the first limited-access highways in the New York City area, parallels a portion of the river.  for $1.8 million, announced George George, river, c.345 mi (560 km) long, rising in a lake on the Quebec-Labrador boundary, E Canada. It flows N through Indian Lake (125 sq mi/324 sq km) to Ungava Bay (an arm of Hudson Strait).  Filopoulos, president of Metrovest.

Integral to the transaction was the purchaser's ability to provide a personal guarantee, as well as have an approved lender. Moreover, the purchaser was required to assume the seller's personal guarantee of $250,000 on the property. The building carries an annual rent roll of $400,000 and sold for approximately ap·prox·i·mate

 because of the solid financing placed on the building by the seller. And the seller was able to obtain a higher purchase price because of the leverage he placed on the building."
