NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Metropolitan Worldwide, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MWWM) has today announced final settlement with NicStic AG in Zurich. MWWM and NicStic have mutually cancelled their legal proceedings All actions that are authorized or sanctioned by law and instituted in a court or a tribunal for the acquisition of rights or the enforcement of remedies.  and severed all business relations. MWWM will now concentrate on launching its own tobaccoless and smokeless smoke·less
