Metropolitan West Capital Management Adds Two New Investment Professionals.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 2000

 today announced that Harold Singleton III, CFA (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986) Signed into law in 1986, the CFA was a significant step forward in criminalizing unauthorized access to computer systems and networks. The Act applies to "federal interest computers" that include any system used by the U.S. , and David M. Graham have joined the firm as senior vice president and vice president, respectively.

Both men will be involved in the equity investment process for the firm's individual and institutional clients.

 A.G., and a senior analyst with the Brinson Partners family of mutual funds. Before joining Brinson in 1996, Singleton was a senior portfolio manager with Fifth Third Bank of Northwestern Ohio and a portfolio manager and equity analyst with Zaske, Sarafa & Associates.

Graham brings more than 30 years of investment management experience to Metropolitan West Capital Management. Most recently, he was senior portfolio manager with Wells Fargo Private Client Services.

Previously, he was vice president of Palley-Needleman Asset Management Co., where he directed a team of five analysts and served on the investment policy committee. His prior experience also includes senior portfolio management and securities analyst positions with NWQ Asset Management and Western Asset Management.
