MetraHealth wins Sears award for excellent service; Sears also cites MetraHealth for reducing claim expenses.

Benefits Department annual corporate award for excellence in providing services for the company's nationwide health care plans.

Each year, Sears Benefits Department staff reviews goals and expectations for the point of service health care program at a "challenge" meeting with each of its vendors. MetraHealth was the only Sears point-of-service vendor to receive this year's "Partners in Performance" award for the 1994 performance of its Sears account team.
