Metbank ups MMA rate.


Metropolitan National Bank of New York The Bank of New York, abbrieviated to BNY, was a global financial services company that existed until its merger with the Mellon Financial Corporation on July 2, 2007.[1] The bank now continues under the new name of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.  [Metbank] announced a promotional rate increase on its liquid Money Market Account to 4.75% APY APY

1. To return to a former condition, practice, subject, or belief.

2. To undergo genetic reversion.
 to its high yield Money Market Account which is currently at 4.5% APY at the end of the promotion, 90 days after a new account is opened. The account requires a minimum deposit of $2,500.

Metbank also announced that it is now offering a new 5 month, 5% APY CD.
