Metalcasting industry hosts new DOE official. (Washington Alert).


The newly appointed director of the U.S. Dept. of Energy's (DOE) Office of Industrial Technologies, Buddy Garland Garland, city (1990 pop. 180,650), Dallas co., N Tex., a suburb of Dallas; inc. 1891.
