MetLife Auto & Home Reduces Auto and Homeowner Rates in Utah.


WARWICK, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 1999--

For the second consecutive year, MetLife Auto & Home has reduced its rates in Utah for standard auto and homeowners products across all territories. With the latest 2.8 percent rate reduction in standard auto insurance premiums, the company has reduced its auto rates by an average of 6.8 percent since 1998. Home insurance rates, which were reduced by 2.1 percent this year, have been reduced by an average of 3.3 percent since 1998.
