Following two recent blockbuster transactions with law firm, Greenberg Traurig Greenberg Traurig LLP is an international law firm with approximately 1,700 attorneys and governmental professionals in 29 locations in the United States, Europe and Asia. Its presence in Europe is supplemented by strategic alliances with Olswang (offices in London, United Kingdom , and Dreyfus, two prominent international law firms This list of the world's largest law firms by revenue is taken from The Lawyer and The American Lawyer and is ordered by 2006 revenue:[1]

, Hunton & Williams and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, have signed two significant deals totaling 185,000 s/f for office space at The MetLife Building The MetLife Building, originally called the Pan Am Building, is a skyscraper located at 200 Park Avenue in New York City. History
The Pan Am Building was the largest commercial office building in the world when it opened on March 7, 1963.

Jon Zuckerman and Keith Caggiano of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  represented the property owner, MetLife, in both of the complex multi-faceted transactions. Peter Hennessey of The Staubach Company acted on behalf of Hunton & Williams, while Tara Stacom of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Hunton & Williams has committed to expand and relocate within the Building and will now occupy approximately 140,000 square feet of prime office space encompassing the entire 51st, 52nd and 53rd floors.

In addition, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, currently located on three full floors at 200 Park Avenue, has committed to expand onto an additional floor (45,000 square feet) raising their total of leased space with the Building to 176,000 rentable square feet.

"We are very pleased that Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has elected to expand within 200 Park Avenue," said Brian J. Fox, Chief Marketing Officer for MetLife Real Estate Investments.

"Given the many alternatives available to a prestigious tenant like Hunton & Williams that they have opted to remain at 200 Park Avenue and expand their overall commitment."
