The New Company Receives $10 Million to Market

 Messaging and Information Portal Platform

Chek.com Inc., a messaging infrastructure provider, and MyPersonal.com Inc., a portal infrastructure provider, finalized an agreement to combine operations under one company. The new company enables clients to efficiently manage and deploy their own messaging system Software that provides an electronic mail delivery system. It is made up of the following functional components, which may be packaged together or independently.

 integrated with the portal features of their choice. A $10 million investment to support the growth of the new company was led by Walden International Investment Group and Crystal Internet Venture Funds ("CIVF").

"Together, the technologies deliver a complete suite of Web infrastructure services that clients can quickly deploy in a cost-effective manner to address their specific messaging and communication issues," said Joseph Tzeng of Crystal Internet Venture Funds.

"The combined infrastructures and expanded executive team are prepared to meet the ever-changing needs of the marketplace," said Andrew Kau of Walden International.

To date, the two companies have successfully helped clients support and market their brand online, with highly personalized messaging and portal products. More than 375 organizations have chosen to implement the platforms of Chek and MyPersonal. Together they power a network of more than 7 million users, growing at a pace of 15,000 new registered users a day.
