Message from the Executive Director. In his greeting the National President outlined the framework for what we know will be an excellent PDI. I hope to see you there. I would like to call your attention to other innovations that will make 2001 a dynamic year for ASMC. The first is the membership campaign. We anticipate that ASMC will indeed "Soar to New Heights." With your help we can increase membership to a new level. We want every member to recruit at least one new member and, if you feel competitive, recruit three members and earn your Eagle Pin. Another program worthy of special attention is the new Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) rebate program. This program offers a rare opportunity to improve professional development and earn a substantial rebate for your chapter. This is our attempt to promote scholarship and recycle certification earnings to the membership. In addition to these innovations, we are offering a chapter visitation program that can educate, enlighten, and empower your chapter. In ASMC, although we have some significant accomplishments, we are not resting on our laurels. Get on board and move forward with us. James E McCall, LTG U.S. Army (Retired), CDFM |
