Mesirow Financial Real Estate, Inc. has announced that it has
promoted Jeff Foster from vice president to senior vice president and
Gavin Stein from senior manager to vice president.
Foster joined Mesirow Financial Real Estate in 1999 and currently
serves as development manager for Central Park East, a 1.5
million-square-foot, mixed-use development.
Stein became part of Mesirow Financial Real Estate in 2003.
Currently, Stein is the development manager of R+D659, a new 237-unit,
mixed-use development in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago at
Randolph and Desplaines.
