Merrill Lynch expands at 450 Lex.


Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MER TYO: 8675 ), through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides capital markets services, investment banking and advisory services, wealth management, asset management, insurance, banking and related products and services on a global basis.  has signed a long-term lease for an additional 26,753 square feet of office space on the 37th floor at 450 Lexington Avenue, bringing the tenant's total square-footage at the building to 67,419 square feet.

The investment services firm already occupies the entire 39th and 40th floors of the building, each representing 20,333 square feet of space.
