SOUTH JORDAN, Utah South Jordan is a city in Salt Lake County in the U.S. state of Utah. The population was 29,437 at the 2000 census. As of September 1, 2007, the population was estimated at 50,109 [1]. South Jordan has been one of the fastest-growing cities in Utah since the early 1990s.  -- Merit Medical Systems, Inc. ), a leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable accessories used primarily in cardiology and radiology procedures, announced full market release of its new Viceroy(TM) inflation device today.

The Viceroy is the fifth inflation device, and the third analog inflation device, to be added to Merit's inflation device line that already has approximately 50% worldwide market share. The Viceroy offers patented technology, and its design allows for faster inflations and deflations. A 60 ml size, which is a new size for Merit, will allow sales to previously untapped markets. The 10 and 20 ml sizes will add to Merit's leadership position. The second of seven new Merit products scheduled for release by the end of the year, the Viceroy represents an estimated market opportunity of $15-20 million.

"The Viceroy targets expanded international markets and previously inaccessible opportunities in radiology, urology urology
