The loan featured a 5% rate and a five-year term. Saul Piller negotiated this transaction; * A $4 million new mortgage for a 140,752 s/f commercial building on W. 29th St. in New York City. The loan featured a 10-year term. Daniel Hanono and Jeffrey J.
