Meridian Capital Group. (Real Estate Finance).


Meridian Capital Group announced the following transactions:

* A $3.825 million new mortgage for an 18,170 SF retail building on East Fordham Road Fordham Road is a major street in The Bronx borough of New York City. It runs east-west from the Harlem River to Bronx Park. At its western extreme, it goes through the University Heights neighborhood.  in the Bronx. The loan featured a 10-year term. Aaron M. Birnbaum and Moshe Majeski arranged the financing for this transaction;

* A $3.77 million new mortgage for a six-story, mixed-use building on Parsons Boulevard in Flushing, N.Y. The loan featured a 6.625% rate and a 15-year term. Avi Weinstock arranged the financing for this transaction;

* A $2.85 million new mortgage for a six-story co-op building on Ocean Parkway Ocean Parkway refers to the following roads:
  • Ocean Parkway (Brooklyn) from Prospect Park to Coney Island
  • Ocean Parkway (Long Island) on the southern barrier beaches
 in Brooklyn, N.Y. The loan featured a 6.25% rate and a seven-year term. Charles Grussgott arranged the financing for this transaction;

* A $2.425 million new mortgage for a 33,592 SF shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  on East White Horse Road in Voorhees, N.J. The loan featured a 7% rate and a 10-year term. Morris Diamant arranged the financing for this transaction;

* A $1.58 million new mortgage for a four-story, mixed-use building on Second Ave. in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

. The loan featured a 6.5% rate and a seven-year term. Moshe Majeski and David Ostrov arranged the financing for this transaction;

* A $1 million new mortgage for a 100,000 SF industrial building on Lorimer Lor´i`mer

n. 1. A maker of bits, spurs, and metal mounting for bridles and saddles; hence, a saddler.
 St. in Brooklyn, N.Y. The loan featured a 6.875% rate and a 15-year amortization schedule. Morris Diamant arranged the financing for this transaction.
