Meridian Meridian (mərĭd`ēən), city (1990 pop. 41,036), seat of Lauderdale co., E Miss., near the Ala. line; settled 1831, inc. 1860.  Capital Group announced the following transactions:

* A new mortgage for $11,880,000 on three retail properties of 100,000 square feet in PA. The properties will benefit from a rate of 6.410%,

with a 10-year term. Seth K. Grossman Grossman is a family name of germanic and Jewish Ashkenazi origin (in German Grossmann or Großmann).

* A new mortgage for $8,141,000 on a 56,000 square feet retail building on Belleville Belleville, city, Canada
Belleville, city (1991 pop. 37,243), SE Ont., Canada, on Lake Ontario. Machinery, automotive accessories, optical lenses, and cheddar cheese are made there.
 Avenue in Bloomfield, NJ. The property will benefit from a rate of 6.430%, with a 10-year term. Morris Diamant, Seth K Grossman, and David M. Rosenberg handled this transaction.

* A new mortgage for $2,080,000 on a 35-unit, 5-story walk-up building on Rochambeau Avenue in the Bronx. The loan featured a rate of 6.250% and a 10-year term. The transaction was negotiated by Saul Piller and Julie Nelken.

* A new mortgage for $2,000,000 on a 26,000s/ f retail building on Broadway in Brooklyn, NY. The property will benefit from a rate of 6.250%, with a 10-year term. Saul Piller and Joe Waldman handled this transaction.

* A new mortgage for $1,242,000 on a 4,500 square foot office/retail building on Kings Highway in Brooklyn, NY. The property will benefit from a rate of 6.125%, with a 15-year self-liquidating term. Chaim Tessler and David Zlotnick handled this transaction.

* A new mortgage for $900,000 on a 2,450 square foot retail property on Rockaway Parkway Rockaway Parkway is a commercial street in Canarsie of Brooklyn, New York. It starts at East 96th Street in Canarsie and ends in front of the Belt Parkway, by the Canarsie Pier. It intersects Flatlands Avenue, another major road in Canarsie.  in Brooklyn, NY. The property will benefit from a rate of 6.680%, with a 10-year term. Carol Shelby and Benjamin Klugman handled this transaction.
