Meridian's mixed bag.

Meridian Capital Group recently arranged financing totaling $30,500,000 for three New Jersey properties including multifamily, office/retail, and hotel.

The Carriage Run Apartments located at 2955 Highway 27 in Somerset is a garden-style complex containing ten two-story buildings and 160 units. Shimon Weiner from Meridian's New Jersey office secured $14,000,000 at a rate of 115 BPS over the 30-year T-bond on behalf of the borrower.

Woodbridge Towers is located at 555 US Highway 1 South in Iselin. The Class B multi-tenant building is four stories high with 85,709 square feet. Abe Katz of Meridian's New Jersey office was able to arrange financing of $9,500,000 and negotiated a rate of 6% for a 7-year term. The property boasts an art deco lobby and features a full-service on-site cafe.

The Carlton Hotel is located at 24 East Park Street in Newark and houses 157 units within its seven stories. Elliot Treitel and Jay Bidnick of Meridian's New Jersey office negotiated on behalf of the Berger Organization to secure $6,000,000 at a rate of 6.5% over a 10-year term. The hotel is just minutes from the Newark airport and is only five miles west of New York City.
