Lisa Garcia has been promoted to vice president/marketing officer and to the bank's senior staff at Meredith Village Savings Bank, Meredith, N.H. She has led the bank's marketing department for the last five years. She is a graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management and serves on the editorial advisory board of ABA Bank Marketing magazine.
