Quebec City -- Yet another "mercy-killing" has been excused by a Quebec judge. In July 2005 Andre Bergeron attempted to smother his wife with a plastic bag. The woman, who suffered from a degenerative disorder Noun 1. degenerative disorder - condition leading to progressive loss of function
