Mercer's shares of beneficial interest will continue to be quoted for trading on the NASDAQ National Market in the United States ("NASDAQ U.S."), its principal trading market, and on the Toronto Stock Exchange Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) Canada's largest stock exchange, trading approximately 1,200 company stocks and 33 options. in Canada (the "TSX").
