:MNTR) announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire Mills Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., manufacturer of ProstaSeed(TM) Iodine 125 brachytherapy seeds for the treatment of prostate cancer prostate cancer, cancer originating in the prostate gland.
