Memotec Promotes Mark Silverman and Elects Jacques Demanche as CFO.

(Memotec), a leading provider of voice, data and video convergence solutions, today announced the appointment of Mark Silverman as Executive Vice-President. Mr. Silverman had previously served as Vice-President, Sales and Marketing. "Mark's broad experience will bring a tremendous benefit to Memotec as it targets strong financial performance in a fast growing, dynamic market," said Henry Epstein, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

In addition, Memotec's Board of Directors has elected Jacques Demanche as Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Demanche replaces Alain Miquelon who has left the Company. "We are pleased to add a talented and experienced executive to our senior management team," concluded Mr. Epstein. Mr. Demanche was previously Treasurer of Gaz Metropolitain.
