Melville property gets tech rehab.T. Weiss Realty Corp., the real estate development and management company based in Melville, N.Y., held a groundbreaking ceremony recently at its planned Class A commercial property -- the Melville Corporate Center, One Corporate Center Drive -- a 149,000-square-foot office complex scheduled to complete renovations this year. Local officials and business neighbors joined Ted Weiss -- President of T. Weiss Realty Corp. -- at the groundbreaking. Among those attending were Huntington Town Supervisor The position of Town Supervisor in New York State is usually the highest elected position in an incorporated town. The duties of the position are a fusion of legislative and executive functions. "The Melville Corporate Center is the ultimate example of conversion from industrial to commercial use," announced Weiss.
