Architect David Mandl designed a new lobby as a modern space with a clean, streamlined aesthetic. It boasts steel and glass storefronts, with 13-foot windows and 15-foot ceilings.

"We are very excited to be creating major arts building in the Chelsea area," says Mandl, president of Meltzer/Mandl Architects.

"The building's design provides ample space and natural light to those dedicated to the creative process." Mandl also created the West Chelsea Arts Center at 526 West 26th St.
