Meeting preview: NPCA annual meeting: Cleveland will host the association's 118th annual meeting and leadership conference, with a special opening reception at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

) will hold its 118th annual meeting and industry leadership conference at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel, Oct. 23-25. This year, RPM and Sherwin-Williams are co-sponsoring the welcome reception at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is a museum in Cleveland, Ohio, United States, dedicated to recording the history of some of the best-known and most influential artists, producers, and other people who have in some major way influenced the music industry, particularly in  from 6:30-9:30 p.m on Sunday, Oct. 23.

This year's opening general session keynote speaker is Dan Buettner Dan Buettner (born 1960 in St. Paul, Minnesota) is an American explorer, educator, author, public speaker and co-producer of an Emmy Award-winning documentary who also holds three world records for endurance bicycling. , an explorer, "Guinness Book of Records" holder and founder of LifeQuest expeditions, which are sponsored by and featured in National Geographic. While conducting expeditions to unlock the secrets of longevity, he's found "blue zones," regions of the world where the ratio of centenarians Here is a list of well-known centenarians (people who lived to be or are living at 100 years or more of age), with the still living ones bolded and italicized. This list is divided into sub-lists, according to how the centenarian (mostly) became well-known.  is much higher than anywhere else. Buettner will share insights into discovering your own personal blue zone.

Also scheduled to speak is Ted Fishman, author of "China, Inc.: How the Rise of the Next Superpower Challenges America and the World." He will discuss China's emergence as a world power and the impact on global economics.

The annual meeting will also include the Honors Luncheon, during which NPCA will bestow be·stow
