Chairman, Larry Duncan National Director, Industry Relations, REmanage, Inc.

Larry Duncan brings over 30 years of experience to the multihousing profession. As a rental property owner, manager and for the past 10 years, a provider of diverse, cutting edge management services, he is uniquely qualified to direct the activities of NAA's National Supplier's Council. Larry is an educator, a motivator and a well versed communicator of emerging ideas, positive attitudes and trend-setting inititives. As the Director of Industry Relations for ReManage in Dallas, Texas, Larry Duncan brings enthusiasm, unique insight and a determined passion for success to the NSC family of high quality service providers.

Vice Chair, Larry Bellack Property Sales Manager, Sears.

Larry Bellack has been an active member of the NSC since 1998. Completed CAS (Certified Apartment Supplier) designation course in 1999. Served as a member at large and NSC liaison to the AEC during 2000, NSC Executive Committee Secretary and NSC liaison to the Communications Advisory Council in 2001. Active within numerous local and state apartment associations, providing industry support and knowledge. Before joining Sears Contract Sales, Larry was a self-proprietor of his own maintenance supply company serving the multifamily industry for over 12 years.

Secretary, Todd Katler Vice President, Sales, Rent.com.

Todd Katler, CAS, is Vice President of Sales for Rent.com, the nations leading pay-for-performance Internet listing service. Todd is a strong advocate of Apartment Associations and has served on numerous local, state and national committees. He has been an NSC member-at-large for the past 2 years and is the NSC liaison to the IROC committee. Todd is currently an NAA Delegate for AZ and helps represent property owners each year at NAA's capitol conference. Todd has been in the Multi-Family industry for 7 years representing on-line marketing and resident screening companies.

History and Mission

Recognizing the close working relationship between multifamily housing owners and companies which provide necessary goods and services, the National Apartment Association created the National Suppliers Council (NSC) in 1979. Since then, NSC members have become an important part of the development of NAA. Through their generous contributions, NAA has been able to provide its members with high quality information and member benefits.

The National Suppliers Council of the National Apartment Association is committed to:

* Advancing the general welfare of the multifamily housing industry;

* Developing a strong relationship between the multifamily housing industry and national businesses and corporations that supply goods and services to the multifamily housing industry;

* Functioning cooperatively with the National Apartment Association and its affiliated associations to develop the multifamily housing market;

* Participating in NAA and NAA affiliate membership and education activities for the purpose of sharing information and offering expertise;

* Promoting the enactment and enforcement of local, state, and federal laws, beneficial to the apartment industry and the maintenance of a free enterprise system;

* Disseminating useful information to all NAA and NSC members to inspire them to educate themselves in the practical features of apartment operations and the provision of goods and services to the apartment industry; and

* Subscribing to high professional standards and sound business practices for the best interest of the apartment industry and the public.
