Meet FEI's Membership Department.


FEI's Membership Department, based in Morristown, is founded on customer service for members and prospective members. While anyone in the department can help to fill a member's request, the people on the staff do have specialized spe·cial·ize

Erin Byrne is FEI's new manager of information technology and membership operations. In addition to overseeing the computer systems and network, she directs all aspects of membership information processing information processing: see data processing.

Membership Development Associate Nancy Lepelletier monitors applications throughout the admissions process and forwards approved applications to the appropriate chapter membership chairmen. She also fills orders for gift and logo items.

Nancy Ehlers, membership retention associate, is responsible for member retention. Merry Lynch, accounting assistant, is the customer-support liaison for billing and payment questions. She's also the person who answers FEI's toll-free member help line, (877)-893-4699.

Data Entry Specialist Debra Mortensen tends FEI's member database, entering all pertinent PERTINENT, evidence. A: Credibility with investors is key. Give conservative projections and exceed them.
