Medmarc Mutual Insurance Co.

MEDMARC MUTUAL INSURANCE CO. said its chairman and chief executive officer, JAXON WHITE, is to retire from active service on Dec. 31. The company's board has named Chief Operating Officer MARY TODD PETERSON to succeed White as CEO. He will continue as nonexecutive chairman.

Peterson will become president and CEO in January 2007. She joined Medmarc in 2001 as vice president and chief financial officer. In 2004 she was named senior vice president.
