Medina new chairman of Transatlantic Business Council.

The TBC considers building a meaningful dialogue with international markets to be of great importance for New Jersey's future economic health. "Within this context, New Jersey is already a major global hub for trade and investment," he added. "Our Gross State Product exceeds $415 billion, and we maintain leadership in the life sciences, chemicals, electronics, finance, insurance, real estate and environmental technologies sectors. Together, import/export activities and foreign direct investment employ more than 500,000 people in New Jersey--over 10 percent of our workforce. The Transatlantic Business Council is a wonderful new group that will further strengthen our state's position."

Medina is serving the TBC alongside Judith J. Sullivan, Esq., from Morristown-based Emmet, Marvin and Martin, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , who has been appointed president. Their European counterparts include Mia Drennan,
