Medicsight Prepares Launch.

At a Board Meeting held last week it was decided to change the name of HTTP Technology, Inc. to Medicsight, Inc. effective from the 28th October 2002. The new ticker symbol will be given by NASDAQ and announced by the Company at that time.

Medicsight, Inc. will continue to own the proprietary data classification technology and approximately 75% of Medicsight PLC, its operating subsidiary. The Company's complete focus will be the development of the Medicsight business throughout the world and becoming a successful healthcare company.

The name change comes at a very important time for the Company as it prepares to launch its remarkable new medical service. On December 1st 2002 Medicsight senior staff will be giving a presentation to the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) in Chicago. The RSNA attracts over 35,000 radiologists from around the world and it will be the first time the Company has presented details about its unique technology in this way.

Medicsight creates a step change in modern healthcare by providing the first viable system that enables cost effective scanning of high-risk individuals. The primary focus is on coronary heart disease and higher mortality cancers, such as lung and colorectal cancers. Over the past two years our scientists have developed proprietary technology that automatically interprets medical scan data from the new generation of CT scanners without the need of a radiologist as a first reader and highlights abnormalities indicative of disease at the earliest and most curable stages, thereby maximizing the chances of survival.

Medicsight's aim is to become the accepted standard for early detection used in medical imaging. Ultimately the Company aims to establish predictive health management as a popular lifestyle activity for the public endorsed by governments, the medical profession and private healthcare.

Medicsight's first Center will be commissioned at the end of October followed by the scanning of our first target group in November 2002. From the outset we will be scanning for the earliest signs of heart disease and lung cancer. The first Center will be in West London within the highly respected Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust. Two other high profile sites in Central London are also at an advanced stage of negotiation and we anticipate them being operational in the first quarter of 2003.

Medicsight has signed GE Medical Systems, part of the General Electric Company of America, as our exclusive supplier of the new 16 Detector Scanners after both Companies presented to one another.

The Company has engaged in a series of group family doctor (GP's) presentations in Central London as part of its awareness campaign during which Medicsight's proposals were warmly received.
