On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  has been appointed the exclusive agent for the sale of two medical office properties located in downtown White Plains, NY by 90 Maple Realty Associates, LP.
