During her 26 years of nursing experience, Martich has taught within schools of nursing offering both associate's degrees and diplomas. In addition, she has spent 15 years in staff development and has over eight years experience in the management of education. Within these roles, Martich created and provided educational offerings for both patients and healthcare professionals. These offerings, ranging from manuals and brochures to independent learning programs, all utilize the most current concepts within adult learning theories.
