MediaOne and Magnetic Image Video will combine their production capabilities to deliver a more comprehensive and advanced service for customers that features many of the Bay Area's most prestigious companies, including the San Francisco Giants, Wells Fargo, MSNBC, Chevron, ABC, Hewlett-Packard, Comcast Sports and NASA.

Under the terms of the transaction announced today, MediaOne Services will take control of the operation and management of Magnetic Image Video. Customers of both companies now have expanded access to a wide ranging media services offer that includes broadcast and webcast studios; extensive broadcast rental equipment; fully loaded remote production trucks; HD multi-camera fly-packs; crews; post production suites; and fiber, satellite and Internet video transmission.
