Voquette to Produce Co-Branded MediaBay Media Manager(TM) Software

Voquette, which delivers audio content to portable web audio devices through innovative technology, will co-brand versions of its Voquette Media Manager(TM) software with the name "Voquette Media Manager(TM) for MediaBay". MediaBay and Voquette will promote the software and MediaBay's digital audio content through their respective web portals- www.MediaBay.com and www.Voquette.com.

The Voquette Media Manager(TM) is the only software that allows users to easily download To receive a file transmitted over a network. In any communications session, "download" means receive, and "upload" means send. The download/upload often implies a big/little scenario, in which data is being downloaded from the "big" server into the "little" user's computer. , record, organize, and play all popular audio formats, including Real Audio(R), Windows Media Microsoft's audio and video framework for Windows, which embraces playback, encoding and streaming. Windows Media Player is the digital jukebox and media player that comes with every version of Windows. (R), and MP3 files. MediaBay will share in profits from the sale of advanced versions of the co-branded software, which is offered free in its basic form. Voquette will receive a commission for sales of MediaBay content and products, including physical and downloadable formats, on the Voquette.com Web site. As part of the agreement, Voquette and MediaBay will also jointly promote the sale and distribution of portable web audio devices, including MediaBay branding on web audio device product packaging, in-box promotional literature and content promotional discs.
