Media firm signs lease for Rockefeller office.


The Kaufman Organization recently brokered a lease for space at the former offices of John D. Rockefeller at 26 Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Throughout its length Broadway is chiefly a commercial street. , also known as the Standard Oil Building, directly across from the Wall Street Bull.

 Jared Silverman and Seth Hecht of the Kaufman Organization, Magnetic Media, a digital/ flat-screen TV advertising company, signed a three-year lease for 2,000 s/f office space at the building--its first Manhattan office.
