 Media Solutions, which provides advertising sales representation services for The Weather Channel and weather.com, has committed to approximately 18,000 s/f of space for its New York City New York City: see New York, city.
New York City

City (pop., 2000: 8,008,278), southeastern New York, at the mouth of the Hudson River. The largest city in the U.S.
 headquarters at 205 East 42nd Street.

This transaction represents a reorganization and expansion of their former offices, located at 845 Third Avenue.

CB Richard Ellis' Rocco Laginestra and Paul Myers Paul Myers is the name of:

 negotiated the 10-year lease on behalf of TWC Media Solutions. Tom Bow and John Grotto of the Durst durst

"Our client will now be able to consolidate from two, non-contiguous floors to a more efficient, contiguous space on a full floor--a move that will enhance its productivity," said Laginestra.

Previously, TWC Media Solutions occupied 14,000 s/f on two floors at 845 Third Avenue.

The new space is situated on the 19th floor of the 423,196 s/f, 21-story office building owned by the Durst Organization.
