 Communications Inc. (Nasdaq:SIMSC) Wednesday announced that its MedCard Division has entered into a long-term service agreement with The Suffolk Bureau of Medical Economics (SBME SBME School of Biomedical Engineering (University of Tennessee, Memphis)

) to manage its collections business.

SBME is a collection agency for health-care providers established to collect overdue OVERDUE. A bill, note, bond or other contract, for the payment of money at a particular day, when not paid upon the day, is overdue.
