Mr. Joel Garcia, Vice President of Engineering for Med-Vantage, is responsible for overseeing technology strategy and directs all software development, architecture and development projects for Med-Vantage health plan customers. Before joining Med-Vantage, Garcia held several key management positions for Symantec Corp. He was a key contributor to Symantec's venture into the enterprise marketplace for Norton AntiVirus, Firewall, and Intrusion Detection. Before Symantec, Garcia held various software management positions for Embarcadero Technologies and is the architect of several of Embarcadero's database products.
