Med Gen Celebrates Its First Decade.

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray, Painenz(R), roll on pain relief formula, Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray and Un-Diet(TM) weight loss system, announced today that it has reached a milestone few biotech companies enjoy.

As we celebrate a decade of achievement we can point with pride to the completion of several aspects of our Business Plan that was developed to bring increased valuation, investor interest and brand awareness. The transition from retail sales and related advertising programs necessitated our complete overhaul of our Internet Domains and the creation of stand alone product sites. This project is now largely completed. Our Brands are now in front of worldwide markets, increasing our reach by more than 10 times, while at the same time reducing our actual cost per sale.

We have been very deliberate regarding our international business. As a result, our business has increased with new orders recently received from Ireland, Portugal and Australia. Additional significant increases in International business are expected soon from the signing of our contract with Alliance Unichem International Trading, Dublin, Ireland. The re-establishment of our business in the United Kingdom and other Western European countries is expected, but this time will include a complete line-up of our Brands, giving the company a much wider opportunity for growth.

Building a substantial Internet business has been our primary goal. Completion of our last Internet site is scheduled for the first quarter. This new Domain will feature a new Med Gen Online Shop that will replace the old shopping cart on the Med Gen corporate site. Eleven new introductions are initially planned, offering products that will heal and bring relief to millions of sufferers of common health problems. By introducing our existing customers to an array of new product offerings we will increase our per visit sales and further reduce our cost per sale. The Med Gen Online Shop will contribute significantly to our bottom line. The Med Gen Corporate site that will house the Online Shop will encompass a complete investor guided tour of our company, who we are, where we are going and why we are a good investment for the future.
