Mealey to launch "Health Care Privacy Report" & "Wage & Hour Report".

The title will focus on coverage of litigation resulting from such employment issues as overtime pay, exemptions, record keeping, reporting, minimum wage, independent contractors, hazard pay, retaliation, medical leave, back pay, training time, family leave, meal periods and leave for military duty.

It will also include litigation involving federal laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act Fair Labor Standards Act or Wages and Hours Act, passed by the U.S. Congress in 1938 to establish minimum living standards for workers engaged directly or indirectly in interstate commerce, including those involved in production of goods bound , the Family Medical Leave Act, and state wage and hour and leave law. The report will include coverage of new cases, pleadings, trials, settlements and rulings from all U.S. jurisdictions.
