Mealey's launches two more litigation letters, one with a related national conference.


Mealey's Publications & Conferences Group, a member of the LexisNexis Group, continues its almost monthly pace of new launches with the roll-out of two newsletters on litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. The act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and of itself; a judicial contest; any dispute.

When a person begins a civil lawsuit, the person enters into a process called litigation.
